I have known Rutsuko-san for several years and have had the opportunity to work with Rutsuko in several projects during the days when I was leading the Services business at Cisco Japan. Rutsuko is so passionate about her work, she pays a lot of attention to details in planning and understanding the full picture to make the right steps in execution. Rutsuko has also demonstrated great passion for people development and growth. She personally has taken challenging assignments in multi-cultural and multi-lingual environment collaborating with people from different countries to achieve goals. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Rutsuko-san as a professional and colleague.
